We landed at the Kapalua Airport in West Maui early in the afternoon. We were picked up by Kevin the Taxi Driver who drove us to the Hyatt Regency Resort. At the resort we were greeted with a lei, honeymoon photo album, and a coupon for a bottle of champagne. We checked into our room, then walked about a mile up the beach to the Hula Grill for some lunch. After lunch we changed into our bathing suits and hung out at the pool for a while. Then we got ready for our Luau. At the luau we loved the pork and all of the food was fabulous. The entertainment was great, especially the fire twirler and hula girls. After the luau we walked a mile up the beach to Whaler's Village where we finished some shopping. On our walk back we layed in a hammock on the beach for a while listening to the ocean.

Your hotel looks beautiful, I like the swim-up-to bar....no need to ever leave the pool!
